San Francisco’s ever changing features seem to be a huge topic of conversation today, but what I’m interested in is the city’s extraordinary past. My friend Roz and I came together in memorializing our favorite Victorian homes by starting a photography project where she created elaborate makeup looks based on specific homes. In the process of discovery, we noticed the evolution and disappearance of the Victorian houses of San Francisco.
